Author Guidelines
Use this template to outline abstract and full-paper submission rules for any conference.
- All abstracts submitted to {{ShortName}}-{{Year}} must include complete author names and affiliations. Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
- Authors must indicate their preference for oral and/or poster presentation on the abstract submission form.
- Abstracts vetted for oral sessions but not selected may be automatically reassigned to poster sessions.
Final decisions rest with the {{ShortName}}-{{Year}} Editorial Board and are binding. - Each abstract will be reviewed, scored, and either accepted or rejected.
Accepted abstracts and the author index will be published in the official conference proceedings.
Authors will receive email notification of acceptance or rejection—please allow sufficient processing time.

Notification & Proceedings
- Only papers presented at the conference and submitted by the deadlines (see “Important Dates”) and in accordance with publication rules will be included in the official proceedings.
- All manuscripts undergo rigorous editorial and peer review.
- Review outcomes (accept/reject) are determined by the {{ShortName}}-{{Year}} Chairs and Editors and are final.
- Selected papers that meet scientific and ethical standards will be published within 2–4 weeks after the conference concludes.
- Authors must grant copyright of the manuscript to {{ShortName}}-{{Year}} before publication. Submissions lacking necessary permissions may be declined.
- Papers not adhering to accepted scholarly and formatting criteria may be rejected. Please follow the Full Paper Template when preparing your manuscript.
