Plagiarism Policy

Plagiarism Policy

At ASPHER, we value honesty and originality in academic research. Our Plagiarism Policy is designed to maintain the credibility of our publications and ensure that every author submits original work with proper acknowledgment of others’ contributions.

  • 1. Plagiarism Check
All submitted papers are reviewed through plagiarism detection tools to confirm originality. This helps verify that the content is genuine, well-cited, and free from copied material.
  • 2. Papers Requiring Revision
If a submission does not meet originality requirements, it will be returned to the author for revision. Authors must correct the identified issues and resubmit the paper for further review.
  • 3. Post-Publication Concerns
If plagiarism or false authorship is suspected after publication, the paper will be temporarily removed until an investigation is complete.
If only minor sections are affected, authors may revise and resubmit the corrected version for reinstatement.
In serious cases of plagiarism or copyright violation, the paper will be permanently withdrawn. The author may also be restricted from participating in future ASPHER events and publications.
  • 4. Self-Plagiarism
Republishing one’s own previously published work without proper reference or acknowledgment is not allowed and will be treated as plagiarism.
  • 5. Author Declaration
All authors must submit a declaration confirming that their work is original, properly cited, and ethically prepared.
  • 6. Ethical Standards
ASPHER reserves the right to cancel registrations, withdraw papers, or take necessary action if any ethical rules or publication policies are violated.
