  • Q1. How can I submit my abstract or paper for the event?

    Ans: To submit your abstract or paper, submit it through submission portal. Please include the title, author(s), abstract, and full paper, following the paper/abstract submission guidelines.

  • Q2.What is the submission deadline?

    Ans: The submission deadline for abstracts and papers is 15 days before the event. Please ensure that your submission is received before the deadline to be considered for review.

  • Q3. What are the guidelines for submitting a paper or abstract?

    Ans: Abstracts should be concise and generally no longer than 300 words. Full papers should be formatted according to the event guidelines, which include the appropriate length, font size, and document type (DOC or DOCX).

  • Q4. Can I submit a paper that has already been published elsewhere?

    Ans: ASPHER generally accepts only original, unpublished research. If your paper has been published elsewhere, you are allowed to present, but republication is not possible.

  • Q5. How will I know if my paper or abstract has been accepted?

    Ans: You will be notified via email within 2-3 days of the submission deadline whether your paper or abstract has been accepted for presentation.

  • Q6. Can I submit more than one paper or abstract?

    Ans: Yes, you are welcome to submit multiple papers or abstracts, provided they meet the event’s guidelines.

  • Q7. Is there a fee to submit an abstract or paper?

    Ans: No, there is no fee to submit an abstract or paper. However, if your submission is accepted, you will need to register for the event and pay the associated registration fee.

  • Q8. Will my paper be published?

    Ans: Yes, selected papers will be considered for publication in reputable academic journals. More details will be provided after the paper is accepted.

  • Q9.What file formats are accepted for submission?

    Ans: We accept submissions in DOC and DOCX formats. Please ensure that your file is properly formatted before submitting.

  • Q10.What happens if I need to update or revise my submission after I have submitted it?

    Ans: If you need to update or revise your submission, please contact the event team at abstracts@aspher.net as soon as possible, and we will assist you with the necessary changes

  • Q11. Can I present my paper virtually?

    Ans: Yes, the event offers both in-person and virtual presentation options. If you are unable to attend in person, you can present your paper remotely.

  • Q12.Will there be any feedback provided on my submission?

    Ans: Feedback may be provided upon request, especially for papers that are not accepted for publication but might be eligible for presentation or further development.
