Submission Guidelines

Invitation Letter

An Invitation Letter is an official confirmation from the conference committee stating that your paper submission and registration have been accepted. The letter, issued in English, can be used to support your visa application, though it does not guarantee visa approval.

Invitation letters are sent by email after both registration and payment are completed.

    How to Request Your Invitation Letter

    Please email your request to support@aspher.net with the following attachments:

  • 1. Completed Registration Form
  • 2. Proof of Payment (receipt or transaction confirmation)
  • 3. Passport-Size Photo (JPEG/PNG format)
  • 4. Passport Scan Copy (photo page, PDF or image format)
    Important Notes
  • Processing Time: The invitation letter will be sent after verifying your registration details and payment.
  • Visa Responsibility: The conference committee does not have control over embassy or consulate decisions. Participants are responsible for applying for their own visas.
  • Visa Denial: In case a visa application is refused, the committee cannot contact or correspond with visa authorities on behalf of participants
