Publication FAQ

Publication FAQ

  • 1.Q: . How will my paper be published?

Ans: If you register for Presentation with Publication, your paper will be published in one of ASPHER’s associated Scopus–indexed journals.
If you register for Presentation only, your paper will be published in a Google Scholar–indexed journal.

  • 2.Q: Is there any extra fee for publication?

Ans: No. Your registration fee includes publication support. If any specific journal requires an additional processing charge, you will be informed in advance.

  • 3.Q: How do you decide which journal my paper goes to?

Ans: The editorial team reviews your paper and selects the most suitable journal based on its topic, content, and research quality.

  • 4.Q: Are the journals peer-reviewed?

Ans: Yes. All ASPHER-associated journals follow a double-blind peer review process to ensure originality and research quality.

  • 5.Q: How long will it take for my paper to be published?

Ans: After the conference, your paper will go through the review process. Once accepted, it will be forwarded to the selected journal. Publication timelines depend on the journal’s review schedule.

  • 6.Q: What if my paper has plagiarism?

Ans: Papers with high similarity will be returned for correction. Authors must revise and resubmit them. Only cleared papers will move forward for publication.

  • 7. Q: Can I send my paper to another journal after publishing with ASPHER?

Ans: No. Once your paper is published through ASPHER, it cannot be submitted elsewhere. Duplicate publication is not allowed.

  • 8.Q: Will I be informed after publication?

Ans: Yes. Once your paper is published, you will receive the journal name, ISSN number, and article link by email.

  • 9.Q: Will my abstract be published too?

Ans: Yes. All accepted abstracts will be included in the Conference Proceedings Book and added to the ASPHER Digital Library for future reference.
